Компания Belgruz открывает вакансию Sales manager (multimodal) и приглашает на работу энергичных специалистов в отдел мультимодальных перевозок на полный рабочий день.
Заработная плата от 2000 до 3500 бел. руб. до вычета налогов. Локация: Минск, ст.м. Грушевка (Беларусь).
Functions:
- Role is for marketing and sales. (manager has his/her dedicated sector).
- Mapping the market and searching for potential clients
- Approaching potential clients. Proposing our freight services.
- Promotion of transport and expedition services, search and proposing attractive carriers/shipping lines/routes to clients (air, road, rail and sea transportation).
- Control of the transport process each person for his own clients. Tracking shipments all through the process. Follow-up of payments from clients. Conclusion of the transaction.
- Exploring and stimulating potential business prospects for current clients through strategic planning, research and analysis.
- Producing new ideas for service offering and assist in their development and implementation.
- Manage and increase sales opportunities for current clients, defining value and solution creation as well as negotiating agreements terms.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions, conduct regular business reviews and share feedback with Operations departments.
- Provide strategic and financial analyses on current clients business.
- Propose a vision and approach for business development for existing clients.
- Identify key issues and collect essential data to provide recommendations for key decision makers.
- Build strategic partnerships and maintain strong network relationships with relevant stakeholders at current clients businesses.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in logistics.
- Open to learning (training will be provided).
- Proactive.
- Communicative (Very good English both oral & written).
- Convincing personality.
- Desire to think big and increase the quality of life.
